Song Hye Gyo Is A Plastic Beauty?

Song Hye Gyo quickly got kicked off the Korea’s Natural Beauties list when pictures of her during her high school days were posted online and compared to her recent pictures. many fans are shocked and disappointed. Previously I didn’t think anyone was gullible enough to believe that Korean stars haven’t had any cosmetic procedures. With the pressure they are under it doesn’t matter how good looking they are. There is always something they have to “fix”. I sympathize with these stars. In order for them to stay in the business they have to get “fixed”.

But back to Song Hye Gyo, some of those pictures don’t really convince me. It just looks like she lost weight, had pictures taken at different angles and changed her makeup techniques. Sometimes pictures of myself come out and make me look so different than what I normally look like. So I think that some of those pictures aren’t very convincing - mostly the ones implying she had a nsoejob. It looks like she definately had double eyelid surgery, but how is that surprising? I’m just surprised that gullible people still exist.

You can see the pictures here.

I concur in so many ways.

Those who have perfected selca-ing have found shots taken at certain angles to be more flattering than those taken at other angles (i.e. taking a picture from above your head, thereby forcing you to stare up at the camera and giving the illusion of bigger eyes). In Song Hye Gyo’s case, I find it to be a combination of improved camera angles and a better ability to apply make-up (or the mere presence of make-up).

Also, it’s evident that she’s lost weight in her face, but who hasn’t shed the (so-called) “extra” pounds to make it in the entertainment biz?! Even fixing one’s eyes is practically the norm now, so if practically every other star does it, why should it become a big deal?

Although she’s no longer considered a natural beauty, she currently fits society’s definition of beauty (be it plastic OR natural), so let’s move on and focus on her talent instead (as oppose to merely focussing on her face). Though, I’ll admit, her acting DOES leave something to be desired.

P.S. Thanks for linking me!

i’m not surprised she had her eyes done. After all, all korean stars have them done, except Bi Rain, and you can tell the difference XD

as for the rest, as you said, she seems to have lost a bit of weight. For the nose, im not sure, as professionnals can make her look amazing, depending on the angle the picture is taken, and the make up. *make up can do amazing stuff, believe me, i work in there! XD*
