L’Arc En Ciel World Tour Falls Short
I was so excited when I read that L’arc en Ciel were going to have a world tour in 2008, but my hopes were shattered when I found out that the only country not located in East Asia is France. What kind of a world tour is that?! I was really hoping they would come to Canada.
