Woo Hyuk & Jong Min Are Army Boys
Jang Woo Hyuk and Kim Jong Min have been enlisted in the army. I’ll have to wait two years before I can see them again. I’m especially sad about Woo Hyuk since I really enjoy his music. His second album was the first Korean album I owned, and it was a great one at that. And he can dance! Mmm, so yummy. I really hate that stupid buzz cut from the army.

Former H.O.T member Jang Woo Hyuk (29) and Koyote’s Kim Jong Min (28) have been admitted for military services as of Nov. 15, 2007 @ 1:00pm for the next 26 months.
In a recent interview, Jang Woo Hyuk stated that he is worried about leaving the K-Pop industry for the next 2 years, but he will work hard to serve the country and he will return to his fans, healthier and improved. 200 females fans stood by the entrance of the military training camp to see Jang Woo Hyuk off while holding signs which read “I love you, see you soon.”
Koyote’s Kim Jong Min said that it is refreshing, yet at the same time saddening. It’s a duty that everyone must serve, so it’s refreshing that he’ll finally be able to get it over with, but at the same time sad because he will miss everyone and because he was unable to finalize the next Koyote album. He also stated that Shinji told him to let her know if anyone bothered him (cute?). Finally, Jong Min said “many of you will probably forget about me during the next 2 years, but I’d be extremely happy if you all were at least glad to see me when I return.”
I’m sure many will miss Kim Jong Min, he’s quite the character and extremely hilarious on many of the game shows he made appearances on. As for Jang Woo Hyuk, do people still follow him? One things for sure, this former Homo-sexual Oriental Teenager’s going to have a field day at this sausage fiesta!
