Hehe... I was taking a shower, and I accidently hit the knob you use to adjust the hotness of the water. I hit it, and it went to cold... I was like AHHH!!! And then I quickly jumped aside, and turned the water back to warm. lol... That brings back memories of us not having hot water for a week. We had to use cold water to shower, and it sucked majorly. hahahha.... And I do believe I have blogged that on this blog.

I went grocery shopping earlier tonight. Me, Peter and Josh got a ride from Jackson to Food Basic. It's cheap there... hehe. We're not stingy, just frugal. lol

Ahem, anyway... I got Ju-On: The Grudge 2 today. I didn't wanna watch it alone, but Peter and the other people I live with aren't too fond of horror flicks. So Ams suggested we watch it together... I don't wanna watch it and get her scared though, not to mention get myself scared too. I'd rather do other things with her when we get together. ^o^ ....I know lots of guys like to watch horror movies with their gf, cuz *cough* benefits. haha. But yeah, I watched it just now... it's not THAT scary, but it would freak you out if you watch it. Plenty of scenes that would make you jump. =S *is scared* =P

Anyway, it's gonna be a relatively relaxing weekend. I need to do laundry tomorrow. *sigh* v_v

PS. I cheated a bit when I watch Ju-On cuz I had my lights on. If my lights had been off, and the door of my bedroom closed I think I'd have been majorly scared. Like piss-in-your-pants scared.

I got my first stats quiz back today. I got 90%! Woohoo! ^o^ I'm not too pleased though... cuz it wasn't THAT hard, and I got marks off cuz I didn't think the problem through enough. Oh well, I can't complain ne? So that's 10% of my term mark already decided, and I lost 1%. Not too bad. =P

One of my classmates asked to compared answers with me for the pmath assignment that was due today. And then I realized I had accidently missed one question. I coulda done it during class and handed it, but I thought it wasn't a big deal. I knew how to do it, it was easy. Losing like 0.1% doesn't really matter to me. I'll just have to be more careful when I do my assignments.

I think I might be heading back to Sauga this weekend. I'm not too sure yet. We shall see...

I've been doing homework basically all of today. When you have two CS assignments due in the same week, life is hell ¬_¬. The good news is that I'm almost done my pmath and CS246 assignment. But I haven't even started on CS240.... x_x. I guess that means I won't be able to attempt the bonus assignment for pmath... oh well. *waves bye bye to bonus marks*

I was at Campus Crusade earlier today... 7:30-9 pm. I liked it... I met some ppl, and I somehow remember their names. Isn't that amazing? lol. I had a stats quiz at 3:30 pm today. I think I did well on it... it was 30 mins, and I finished in 10 mins or so. So I really hope that I get at least close to 100% on it... cuz this quiz was worth 10% of my final mark.

So there really isn't anything too exciting today to blog about. My hands are really dry right now, cuz I just did dishes. *rubs on some lotion* Ahh... much better!

So, an update on the weekend I guess.

Yesterday was mine and Ams' 6-month anniversary... which means we have been going out for half a year now. wow ^_^. We went to some park... I forgot the name, it starts with a C. And it's on Ams' blog, so just check that out =P. It was a very nice day on Saturday. A great day for the park. We had pitas for lunch, and then some desserts at Dairy Queen... mmm... *drools*. lol

I picked up a GameCube at Shopper's World. It was a present for Joyce... yes, I know her birthday isn't until September... but I'd rather she play during the summer than when her gr 12 school year starts.

Saturday night was praise night at my church.. it was organized by Sherry, and Joyce (I don't know exactly how much Joyce did). It was great. Lots of energy in that room that night.. and everyone had a blast. The people that were part of the praise night were awesome... they really did a great job. And the play was great too =). *pats everyone on the back* heh

I just came back from 45 mins or so of working out, and 30 mins of basketball. I am T-I-R-E-D! -_-. I'm gonna build up my muscles a little.. not to become bulky (cuz I'd look really dumb), but just more defined. This way, Ams can check out my muscles and not Min-woo *sticks out my tongue at him* lol, j/k j/k... I'm not that loserish.

So Ams and Vanessa were here on Monday. Ryan drove them down here to attend Embassy. They got majorly lost, so it took them a while to come down here. haha, Caledon. XD. I was so happy to see Ams that night, like this ^________^ heehee.

We ate at Swiss Chalet afterwards, the messy chicken sandwich is great =). Lots of fun, and stuff like that.

On Tuesday, Ams came in at about 1:35 pm to walk me to my class (which was at 2:30 pm). It was too bad we couldn't spend more time together that day... but at least we did get to spend time together ^_^. I'm looking forward to when she comes up again in July... cuz I won't be able to see her that much after May. Stupid school... actually, stupid CS 246. It's gonna kill me! AHH!!! *dies*

Saturday was so fun. ^_^ It was raining quite a bit, and hailing at one point in the morning... but that didn't really matter. I actually wasn't there for most of the concert, cuz me, Ams, Anup and Ryan went to go on more rides during a good part of the concert. The helicopter ride was great. haha =P And got to go on Thunder Run, which was the first time I've been on that ride. So this means the only rides I haven't been on in Wonderland are Tomb Raider and Ghoster Coaster.

I'd like to go back to Wonderland sometime in August, after school finishes... and it won't be so cold next time.

So afterwards I was at Ams' house for a bit. And I got to eat her mom's chicken curry. It was good, I don't understand why Ams doesn't like it. mmm... =)

I think I will really enjoy this term... mainly Critical Thinking and Intro to Math Logic. These are two topics that I am really interested in, and they're not very hard, or so I've heard. So after this term, before when you present an argument to me... I will be able to rigurously test them for validity and soundness. lol =P And be careful when you use the term "logical", because being logical just refers to having a valid argument. (i.e. an argument that is in correct form) Being logical has nothing to do with being right or wrong, true of false.

Oh, and there was something our non-prof told us last night in PHIL 145. He said that you always learn best when you read something critically. That is, if you read something and try to disprove (look for problems) the thesis or arguments, then you actually learn better than if you just read it and absorb everything in it. That is good to know. =)

I am going to go out of (chronical) order here.. and instead, I will start with the most exciting thing that happened today. =P

I was on the phone with Ams earlier. ^_^ Why is it so special you ask? Cuz it's the first time we realy had a conversation over the phone... and besides, any conversation with Ams is special. ^.^ Ahem. I know it's been almost six months now, but this is really the first time we chatted over the phone. It may sound weird, but it's not.. MSN rocks! lol... plus, Ams is a bit shy on the phone, and so am I to a certain extent.

Anyhoo, I will start from the beginning of the day now...

So I woke up this morning for CS 246, and can I just say BORING!! It's bad enough it's a 8:30 class.. but the prof is just boring... and I can't understand a word coming out of her mouth. lol. Okay fine, it's not THAT bad.. but it's pretty bad. Haha.. when she said "Software Engineers" I thought she said "Sober Engineers", and I thought, "Silly woman... there is no sober engineers, they're all drunk!" =P So the point is, I don't like CS 246 (well, the prof at least).

Then I was home, and all that fun stuff..... and then I had my CS 240 with Vasiga. Now there's an entertaining prof. =) Funny guy.

So then it's more home time.. and then I went to my critical thinking class (PHIL 145). Our prof didn't show up today, so it was some guy, and he let us out earlier. [two hours earlier to be precise] I think I will enjoy that class... it's kinda like the Math Logic course I'm taking (PMATH 330), but probably not as rigourous (aka ANAL!). But yeah... I got chicken curry for dinner at Curry in a Hurry. [Notice how I said chicken curry and not curry chicken] And I bought a phone card at the gas station so I can call Ams. And the first thing I did when I got back was call Ams. ^_^ heehee [I am a geek, yes]

Oh, and I was actually worried there would be thunder showers when I was walking to PHIL 145, or (the inclusive OR) when I walked back. However, it did not rain or anything, therefore I am happy. =)

So I'm back in Waterloo now. School starts tomorrow... and I'm a bit nervous, and anxious. I wanna do well in school this term.. like really well. And I also want to find a job in Waterloo this term... so... Anyhoo, on with the blogness...

Yesterday I was out with Ams practically the whole day. We walked around the Bramalea City Centre for a bit.. just wasting time. Oh, and we saw the cutest bunnies! ^_^ After that, we took a walk around the park. It was nice, and there was NO RAIN. [ahem ahem... The Weather Network >_>] Then we went to see 13 Going on 30. It was a good movie... yes, I do like romantic comedies. =P So yeah... we ate at Casey's afterwards. Me and Ams weren't that hungry.. so yeah, we didn't finish our meals. But I finished my frozen magarita. lol. Oh, and we finished out dessert. It was a chocolate peanut butter sundae. *drools*... ahem *wipes drool*

So I had a really fun Saturday. Hehe... "Magic Bus" XD
