I’m starting my job at the Globe & Mail this Wednesday. I’ll be seeing Eugene at work, so that’s pretty cool. He goes to the Taiwanese church that I attended before. I was hoping to start in June so I can do some stuff in May, but it’s not too bad. Shouldn’t be a big deal to take some time off later to go on vacation.
I’m pretty sad that all the teams I was rooting for are out of the playoffs: Raptors, Suns, Mavs. I really hope the finals won’t come down to a Spurs-Pistons matchup. I still think the Suns got the short end of the stick in the last round. They got punished a lot more than the Spurs for something the Spurs did wrong. I understand the reason for the rule that got Stoudemire and Diaw suspended, but things aren’t always black & white, and in this case there should not have been any Suns suspensions. And did no one see that Duncan and Bowen left the bench as well? Why were they not suspended? Anyway, now I’m not really following the NBA playoffs anymore. At least Heroes is on tonight. Go Hiro!

A lot of front-end work. It’s a contact job for 2 months. After that I might be able to go full-time and move into other work.
