Hotashi

I’m finally moved into my new place. Pics are to come since my sister borrowed my camera for Frosh Week. I had a few issues with the internet setup, but it’s sorted out now and I finally have internet. Two days without it was not fun. I admit that I am addicted to modern technology. Electricity and the interweb are my friends!

So how’s about a catch-up? This past Saturday Jack and I attended his highschool friend’s wedding. Both the groom and bride are Vietnamese and had some traditional parts to their wedding, so some parts were over our heads. Overall I had a great time. I had a lot to drink, and surprisingly didn’t get drunk. I’m quite a small person and I usually get tipsy after one drink. I’m not sure if my drinks were just really watered down because I drank at least 5 and didn’t get a buzz for very long. Jack unfortunately got too ahead of himself and twisted his ankle after forgetting that he wasn’t wearing any support (chronic injury). Silly guy. His friends tried to get him to catch the garter during the garter toss part of the wedding. He probably would have if that crazy little man didn’t jump frog it and headbutt one of Jack’s friends in the face to get it. If he was that desperate for it, he probably needs it a lot more than Jack does. LOL. Anyway, here is a pic of the two of us from that night. =)
